About Kim Litton, LCSW, CSAT

Kimberly Litton LCSW, CSAT, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. She is the founder of KL Counseling, a private practice providing both virtual and in-person individual and couples counseling support in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Kim also facilitates inperson and online women’s therapeutic groups at her practice.

Kim has an extensive history of treating women with alcoholism, addiction, eating disorders, and sex addiction. After completing graduate school, Kim developed and led an Intensive Outpatient Program for women with substance use disorder. She then went on to be Clinical Director for two separate treatment programs that specialized in substance use disorder and eating disorders.

Additionally, Kim serves on the women’s panel for IITAP (International Institute of Trauma and Addiction), educating professionals on Female Sex and Love Addiction.

Along with her intuitive talent, Kim has an infectious passion for women’s recovery. She’s dedicated to her own journey of healing and growth, including 20 years of recovery from multiple addictions, intimacy and relational challenges, and codependency. She relates to women on a very human level. Her authentic approach as a clinician is vulnerable enough to be relatable to her clients while exhibiting her professional boundaries and impressive knowledge and tools to integrate a powerful treatment experience.
